Breakfast Quinoa Pudding

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 Tbsp butter
Directions:
Rinse quinoa under cool water. Heat quinoa and water in a medium saucepan to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes until soft. Stir in remaining ingredients.
