- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 Tbsp butter
Rinse quinoa under cool water. Heat quinoa and water in a medium saucepan to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes until soft. Stir in remaining ingredients.
