Turmeric Smoothie

Anti-inflammatory and immune boosting!


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk (can substitute any other milk or yogurt)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6-8 ice cubes (more if needed)
Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender of food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
